2026 FWS CONVENTION

A great Convention doesn’t just happen—it’s powered by the incredible volunteers who step up year after year to make it all come together.

For the FWS Convention, there’s truly something for everyone. Whether you enjoy welcoming guests, working behind the scenes, or assisting artists, there’s a role that fits your skills and interests—and plenty of opportunities to get involved.

Volunteer spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to sign up early to secure your preferred role. We need a strong team, and there’s no such thing as too much help!

After you register, Donna Morrison, our 2026 Volunteer Chair, will personally follow up to coordinate your job preferences and schedule. You’ll also receive all the details you need to feel confident and prepared in your role. We’ll do our best to match you with your top choices.

As a thank-you, volunteers are automatically entered into our Volunteer Gift Basket drawing—you’ll receive one raffle ticket for every hour you serve. You’ll also be invited to participate in the FWS Volunteer Online Show in 2027 (eligibility requires volunteering in 2026).

Please note: Volunteer opportunities at the Convention Center are available to registered Convention attendees only. If you’d like to serve as an Artist Assistant, we ask that you also sign up for an additional one-hour shift in another role of your choice.
